‘International Festival of Glass’ – Fused Glass Workshops

The International Festival of Glass is the only UK based Festival celebrating the spectacle, drama and excitement of glass making, attracting visitors from around the world. Taking place every two years in the Stourbridge Glass Quarter, it features world class exhibitions, glass ‘master-classes’ in a range of techniques, and a four day Glass Festival to inspire, fascinate and amaze both artists and the public alike.

As part of the ‘International Festival of Glass‘, Transparent Glass Studio will be holding a series of taster sessions in glass fusing.

Fused Glass Taster Sessions

Glass designer & maker Paul Floyd will hold morning sessions on glass fusing. During the workshop you will learn the basics of fusing, cutting glass to a pattern and working with coloured sheet glass, frits and powders.
